Leif Erickson Park

IMR is currently restoring the historic stone performance stage at Leif Erickson Park through comprehensive masonry and waterproofing rehabilitation. The project included replacement of deteriorated natural stone, full tuckpointing, restoration of stone towers and window sills, removal and reinstallation of the historic fieldstone stage surface, installation of a waterproofing system over the concrete stage deck, and structural concrete repair, preserving the landmark’s historic character while significantly extending its service life.
