IMR completed a large-scale exterior and parking structure restoration at The Westin Fort Lauderdale, encompassing a comprehensive scope of concrete repair, waterproofing, and surface restoration across the property’s five-level parking garage and building exterior.

Key work included concrete repairs at varying depths, structural crack injection, masonry restoration, and stucco removal and replacement. Waterproofing efforts included installing waterproofing systems, along with full expansion joint replacement and surface preparation throughout. Additional scope covered repainting and restriping of all previously painted surfaces, parking bumper replacement, drain replacement, fire sprinkler hanger replacement, and interior column guard installation.
