Barrel House

​IMR completed a comprehensive exterior restoration of the historic Barrel House in Minneapolis, addressing critical masonry repairs to preserve the building’s structural integrity and architectural character. Our scope of work included repointing brick and stone mortar joints throughout the designated repair areas, rebuilding deteriorated masonry sections at the parapets and chimneys, and replacing isolated brick and stone units as needed.
